1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Photos and media you select from your device to use as backgrounds or design elements within the App.
• Text and prompts you type, including custom quotes, captions, and prompts sent to our AI quote generator.
• Design preferences such as fonts, colors, language, and template choices, stored locally and (optionally) backed up to our cloud.
• Feedback you voluntarily send us by email or through the Play Store.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Device information: model, operating system version, language, region, and screen size.
• App usage data: features opened, templates used, crashes, and performance metrics, collected through Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics).
• Approximate region derived from your IP address or device locale, used to show appropriate templates and content.
• Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), where applicable, used by advertising partners as described below.

1.3 What we do NOT collect

• We do not access your full photo gallery; we only receive the specific images you choose through the system picker.
• We do not collect your precise GPS location.
• We do not access your contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone, or camera unless you explicitly grant a related permission for a specific feature.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the core features of the App — image editing, template rendering, sharing, and saving designs.
• To generate AI-powered quotes based on the prompts and themes you choose.
• To improve the App: identify bugs, measure feature usage, prioritise new templates and languages.
• To deliver and measure advertisements served through third-party ad networks (where applicable).
• To send optional notifications (e.g. festival templates, app updates) if you have enabled them.
• To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

3. AI Quote Generator

The App includes an AI-powered quote generator. When you use this feature, the text prompt you enter (for example, your chosen mood, theme, or topic) is sent to a third-party large language model provider — currently Google Gemini — which returns generated quote text to your device.

Please do not include personal, sensitive, or confidential information in AI prompts. Generated content is provided “as is” and may occasionally be inaccurate, unoriginal, or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing it before sharing.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third parties to operate parts of the App. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how it processes data:

These providers may process limited technical data (such as IP address, device identifiers, and event timestamps) on our behalf. They are contractually required to protect this data and use it only for the purposes described above.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With the service providers listed in Section 4, strictly to operate the App.
• When you choose to share a design — in which case the resulting image is delivered to the destination app or contact you select (e.g. Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook).
• To comply with a valid legal request, court order, or government requirement.
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Aadi Infotech, our users, or the public.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case continued protection of your information will be required of the recipient.

6. Data Storage, Location & Retention

Most of your designs and preferences are stored locally on your device. Optional cloud backups and analytics are stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, which may process data in countries other than your country of residence, including India and the United States.

We retain analytics and crash data for the period required to operate and improve the App, typically not longer than 14 months. You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of that information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent for optional features such as analytics or notifications.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Children’s Privacy

Nspire is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information transmitted between the App and our servers, including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls on cloud services. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Permissions Used by the App

• Photos / Media / Storage: to let you select images for designs and save your finished creations.
• Internet: to generate AI quotes, deliver app updates, fetch templates, and (where applicable) show advertisements.
• Notifications (optional): to send festival reminders and product updates.

You can review or revoke any permission at any time from your device’s system settings.

11. Content You Create

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the designs you create. By using the App you confirm that you have the right to use any images, text, or other material you bring into Nspire, and that your designs do not infringe the rights of any third party.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the App.
