1. Who We Are
This privacy policy applies to the Gajashree Android application (package name com.aaditech.gajashree), published by Gajashree Global Exim, Thane, Maharashtra, India. The app is a product catalogue that lets you browse our range of Indian spices and send us a product enquiry.
2. Information We Collect
We collect none. The app:
- does not require you to create an account or sign in;
- does not ask for your name, phone number, email address, or location;
- does not use analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services;
- does not use cookies or tracking identifiers;
- does not request any Android permissions.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
The app keeps a small amount of data only on your own device, solely to make the app work:
- Language preference (English or Marathi) — saved locally so the app opens in your chosen language.
- Shopping cart contents — held temporarily in the app’s memory while you use it. The cart is not transmitted anywhere by the app.
This data never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is deleted when you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app.
4. Enquiries via WhatsApp, Phone and Email
When you choose to contact us, the app simply hands over to another app on your device:
- “Send Enquiry on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message listing your selected products. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp.
- Call opens your phone’s dialler with our number pre-filled.
- Email opens your email app addressed to us.
Any information you then send (such as your WhatsApp profile name or phone number) is shared through those apps under their own privacy policies — for WhatsApp, see the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. We use the details you send us only to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation. We do not sell or share them with third parties for marketing.
5. Children’s Privacy
The app is a business-to-business spice catalogue and is not directed at children. Since the app collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.
6. Security
Because the app neither collects nor transmits personal data, there is no personal data held by us that could be exposed. The little data the app stores (your language preference) stays in the app’s private storage on your device, protected by Android’s standard app-sandboxing.
7. Changes to This Policy
If a future version of the app changes how data is handled (for example, if we add online ordering), we will update this policy and revise the effective date above before that version is released.
