Impressions don’t pay salaries. We run search, ads and content for Indian businesses, and we report on the only two numbers that matter — how many enquiries you got, and what each one cost.
Rank for what your customers actually search, not just your own name.
Traffic that doesn’t convert is a cost. We fix the path from visit to contact.
Proper tracking, so you can see which channel produced which customer.
We’ll tell you to switch a campaign off when it isn’t earning its money.
Most people don’t wake up wanting SEO. They wake up because the phone has gone quiet. Pick whichever of these sounds like your week.
Usually a technical issue, a content gap, or a competitor who started publishing. We audit first and tell you which it is before quoting anything.
Get a diagnosis “We get visitors but almost no enquiries.”A conversion problem, not a traffic problem — and spending more on ads will make it worse. We fix the page before we send more people to it.
Get a diagnosis “We’re spending on ads and I can’t tell what it’s doing.”Nine times out of ten, conversion tracking was never set up properly. Until it is, every optimisation decision is guesswork.
Get a diagnosis “We only rank when someone searches our own name.”Branded traffic flatters a report but adds no new customers. The work is in the terms people use when they don’t know you exist yet.
Get a diagnosis “Our last agency sent reports we didn’t understand.”If a report needs explaining every month, it isn’t a report — it’s cover. Ours fits on one page and leads with enquiries and cost per enquiry.
Get a diagnosis “We’re getting enquiries, but the wrong ones.”Volume without qualification wastes your team’s time. Usually fixed by changing who the ads target and what the page promises.
Get a diagnosisHover or tap a stage to see what usually goes wrong there — and what it costs you. Most businesses spend to widen the top when the leak is further down.
Illustrative figures. Use the calculator below with your own numbers.
The only stage most reports talk about, because it’s the easiest number to grow and the least connected to revenue. Traffic from the wrong audience costs money and produces nothing.
What we do: target search terms with buying intent rather than volume, and cut the campaigns bringing people who were never going to buy.
One of these makes an agency look busy. The other tells you whether to spend more next month. We only send the second kind.
Move the sliders to match your business. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is stored — this runs entirely in your browser.
This is arithmetic on your own figures, not a forecast or a promise. Its value is in showing which lever moves the result most — usually the enquiry rate, not the budget.
Channels are a means, not a goal. Most engagements draw from more than one of these — we’ll tell you which to start with.
Ranking for your own brand name isn’t growth. This is the work of showing up for the problems your customers are searching.
Paid traffic is only worth buying if the page it lands on converts. We work on both halves rather than just the expensive one.
Without this, everything above is opinion. Tracking comes first in every engagement, before a rupee of media spend.
Illustrative figures shown. Your report uses your own data.
We don’t promise results in month one. Anyone who does is either lucky or lying. Here’s what actually happens.
We find out what’s actually happening before changing anything. Tracking gets fixed first — without it nothing that follows is measurable.
Technical fixes, broken conversion paths, obvious wasted ad spend. The things that cost little and pay back immediately.
Content, campaigns and landing pages go live in small batches so we can tell which change caused which result.
Enough data to see what’s working. We double down on that, cut what isn’t, and tell you honestly whether to keep going.
Paid advertising can produce enquiries within days, though the first month is mostly learning what works. Search takes longer — expect three to six months before meaningful movement, and longer in competitive categories. Anyone promising you page one in thirty days is selling something else.
No. We work month to month with a notice period, because a retainer you can leave is the only real incentive for us to keep performing. Search work does need a few months to be worth judging, and we’ll say so up front — but that’s advice, not a lock-in.
You do. Google Ads, Meta, Analytics and Search Console are all set up under your ownership with us added as users. If you leave, you keep the history, the audiences and the campaigns. We simply remove our access.
No — and be careful with anyone who bundles them. Our management fee and your media spend are billed separately, so you can always see exactly what went to Google or Meta and what went to us.
It depends on how many channels you’re running and how much content the work needs. We’ll give you an indicative monthly figure on the first call rather than making you wait for a formal proposal — and if your budget is too small to work, we’ll tell you that instead of taking it.
No. We’re a small team, so the person who scopes the work is the person doing it and the person you speak to every month. That’s the main practical difference between us and a large agency.
Yes — most of our work is remote, across India. For local SEO we’ll need some detail about your service areas, but everything else works the same wherever you are.
Send us your site and we’ll come back within one business day with what we’d look at first — whether or not you hire us. If we don’t think we can help, we’ll say so.
